Knology “Kick Off ” Party To Host Clemson Football Coach Tommy Bowden at Publix

Summerville, S.C.–Knology will sponsor Clemson football coach, Tommy Bowden at the Summerville Publix parking lot at 1575 Old Trolley Road on Saturday, August 5 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Beginning August 1, Knology will offer local and long distance telephone, analog and digital cable TV, and high speed Internet to residential and business customers in the Summerville area. Knology has been in operation in North Charleston since 1998.

“We would like to invite the community of Summerville out to Publix on August 5 to meet Coach Bowden and have hot dogs and drinks. The public can also register to win tickets to the USC/Clemson football game. Our staff will be on hand to talk about the latest technology Knology will bring to the Summerville area,” said Knology General Manager, Martin O’Keffee.

In addition to Coach Bowden, Knology will provide hotdogs and doorprizes including tickets to the USC/Clemson game and a Great American Country Weber Barbecue Grill. Knology will also sponsor Discovery Channel Children’s games and Citadel Communications will be hosting a radio remote throughout the day.

Knology will be highlighting COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast, a new network that will air Clemson and University of South Carolina sporting events.
