The purpose of this position is to provide interns with relevant experience in the field of performance nutrition for Division 1 Basketball programs. Clemson Basketball Performance Nutrition students will assist in multiple capacities and perform many different duties depending upon season, day of the week, and time of day of their shifts. Looking for individuals who are underclassmen, seeking a degree within nutrition, have flexible schedules, and do not mind working non standard hours for holidays and weekends. The purpose of these positions is to provide the student-assistant with relevant experience in the field of Recruiting Graphic Design. The part-time student assistantship positions will assist the Director of Recruiting Graphic Design to originate creative content that will be mailed and digitally sent to prospective student-athletes. Designers must be proficient in primarily Photoshop, and have experience working in Indesign and Illustrator. Designers must also be a creative thinker that can help find ways to best reach our target audience, which are high school football players and their mothers/fathers/guardians/coaches. Those selected would work in the Allen N. Reeves Football Complex on Clemson University campus. Interns would also work in the Clemson Athletics Branding Institute building attached to the football indoor facility. Areas of interest for this position include:
Graphic Design– Full Time Intern assist Director of Football Creative Media and team for the semester. This includes everything from day-to-day recruiting mailers, mass mailers and note-cards/stationary. They will assist the recruiting staff in anything graphics communication related to help show off Clemson University and Clemson Football in a great light. Photography and Videography– Interns will have the opportunities to cover football practices and other recruiting and team events (ex. Official Visit Photoshoots, P.A.W. Journey event initiatives, team outings). For fall interns, based off the interns’ experience and credential availability, interns will have the opportunity to capture content (video and/or photo) at home football games.
Motion Graphics– We are looking for students that are eager to learn how to make motion graphics with Adobe After Effects.
The interns must also help lead a team of 8-10 students and make sure that all projects are delegated and completed in a timely manner. Interns must also be creatively thinking that can help find ways to best reach our target audience. It’s a fun and positive environment and we need everyone to help boost morale. Interns must also learn about our ordering and print process to ensure that all our mailers are completed correctly. They will be one of our main point of contacts with the print shop. This includes various styles and materials.
Our full-time interns must be great at working with all sorts of people involved in the football program. This is not for a fan experience; this is to make the program better and learn while doing it. This is an incredible opportunity to create a portfolio with one of the biggest brands in college football.
The purpose of these positions is to provide the student with relevant experience in college football. The Coach Recruiting Assistant (CRA) acts as a support role for the entire coaching staff. Each CRA is assigned to a specific position coach and is available to offer the Recruiting Staff day to day support, as needed. The purpose of this position is to provide the intern with relevant experience in intercollegiate volleyball and the daily operations and management of a Division I volleyball program competing in the ACC. The Clemson Volleyball internship is unpaid, the candidate must have a flexible schedule, and do not mind working non-standard hours for some holidays and weekends. Student employees will provide support by assisting with the daily operations of Athletic Academic Services. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to greeting visitors, maintaining general organization and upkeep of office facilities and resources, maintaining the transport schedule for injured student-athletes, and assisting with book distribution and reconciling receipts.

The Athlete Recovery Center is a retreat for all student athletes to engage in both mental and physical wellness practices in an environment that emphasizes recovery and community. This one-of-a-kind space will consistently host programs with the sole focus of further impacting Clemson student-athletes holistic development.
The purpose of this position is to provide student employees with relevant experience in the fields of athletic recovery and sport facility management. This opportunity will allow students to develop the skill set required for success in a career in sport wellness surrounding operation and assistance of various recovery modalities before and after athletic activity.

The purpose of this position is to provide practicum or intern students with relative experience in sport facility management of a Division 1 wellness complex in the ACC. We are looking for PRTM, Business, and Health Science students (and other related programs) who are interested in gaining experience with operations, facility management and maintenance, and recovery programming for a multi-sport wellness facility.

The student trainer program within the sports medicine department is a multiyear commitment that spans the length of the academic calendar. Students work closely with athletic trainers across all sports to aid in student athlete well-being. Areas of work include practice and game coverage, day to day help with student athlete care, and travel when appropriate. Student trainers are instructed in areas of taping, emergency protocols, and modalities/treatments of athletic injuries. Scholarships are offered on a yearly basis as part of the program.
Athletics Business Office student workers will provide operational support for the Business Office staff, primarily in the areas of accounts payables, travel and account reconciliation.
Purpose of the position is to provide a qualified individual the responsibility of a sports contact with relevant experience in the field of athletic communications, with specific sport oversight of assigned sports. The sport contact is responsible for event coverage, social media, accounts, media coordination, direct communication with coaching staff and record keeping for assigned sports among other responsibilities. The sport contact should conduct their work in a professional and timely manner, consistent with department policy and instruction.
The purpose of this position is to provide communications support and coverage to our 21 varsity sports, including social media management, written communications and statistical support. Students work with full time staff members to develop content calendars, broadcast preparation materials, research, website management, and in-event duties, including but not limited to statistics, written content, social media management, photo editing or other duties as assigned. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Events on nights and weekends are common.

The graduate assistant is responsible for assisting with communication efforts, including digital (email), print (solicitation), written (articles and magazine), and social media for IPTAY to its current and prospective donors. Sports Nutrition Interns will have the opportunity to assist Registered Dietitians in providing comprehensive nutrition services to the Clemson student-athletes of Olympic sport teams. The internship provides hands-on experience in all aspects of performance nutrition including food service operations, hydration testing, development of nutrition education, and competition fueling.
Interns will be assigned responsibilities based on their experience level, interest, and performance in the program. Advancement opportunities will be provided to those who continue with the program for subsequent semesters based on experience level and performance.
