CLEMSON, SC – Head Coach Dabo Swinney and Kathleen Swinney will be participating in a “Special Edition” of the BI-LO Tiger Calls weekly call-in show Monday, October 14 in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Clemson’s first-ever Breast Cancer Awareness game against Florida State Saturday, October 19. Coach Swinney and Kathleen will be joined by host Don Munson.
The show will be broadcast live on ClemsonTigers.com at 8:00 p.m. and on Clemson Tiger Sports Network local affiliates throughout the state of South Carolina.
Listeners and viewers will hear Coach Swinney discuss the upcoming game, Kathleen discuss life as the wife of the head football coach, and more importantly, Coach and Kathleen’s mission to find a cure for cancer.
“We are so thankful to Clemson and our sponsors for partnering with the foundation for Clemson’s first ever Breast Cancer Awareness game,” said Kathleen Swinney. “All of the funds from our annual ladies clinic and the sale of the Breast Cancer Awareness Tiger Paw pins will go directly to support breast cancer research at Clemson and Anderson Universities, as well as to the St. Francis Hospital Mobile Mammography Unit which provides screening services throughout the Upstate.”
Since 2009, Dabo Swinney‘s All In Team Foundation has donated or pledged over $800,000 in support of its mission to raise awareness of critical education and health issues in order to change lives of people across the State of South Carolina.
