Gore Out Next Two Games

CLEMSON, S.C. — Head football coach Dabo Swinney said after practice Wednesday that offensive tackle Joe Gore had his appendix removed this afternoon and would miss at least the NC State and Louisville games. Gore has started three of the four games so far this season and has averaged 47 plays per game. He was not slated to start against NC State, but was expected to see significant playing time as a backup.
