TIGER TIDBITS
- Clemson is in search of its first win over Georgia Tech in Atlanta since 2003. Co-offensive coordinator Tony Elliott caught a touchdown pass as a player the last time the Tigers won in Bobby Dodd Stadium.
- The Tiger program is just 6-9 all-time on Thursday night, but has won on each of their last five opportunities dating to 2012 at Wake Forest.
- Ninety-two players appeared in the game against South Carolina State, believed to be a single-game record. Twenty-four appeared in a game for the first time.
- Ray-Ray McCloud has 152 yards on punt returns over the past two games. As a team, Clemson had just 63 punt return yards over the course of the 2015 season (15 games).
- Artavis Scott moved to 10th in Clemson history with 1,995 receiving yards over his career. He needs just 36 yards Thursday to pass Airese Currie (2001-04) for ninth on the list.
