Former Tiger Miller signs with Jets

The New York Jets announced Wednesday the signing of one of their 2005 second-round draft selections (#57 overall) cornerback/kick returner Justin Miller. The announcement was made by Jets’ Executive Vice President and General Manager Terry Bradway.
