Clemson vs. North Carolina Football Game Day Guide

Oct. 21, 2011

We hope you are excited about this upcoming weekend as the Clemson Tigers face the Tar Heels of the University of North Carolina. Below are several items we would like you to review for this upcoming weekend. The most critical piece of advice we can provide is for you to arrive early. All gates will be opened one and a half hours (10:30 a.m.) before the game. This should eliminate any lines at the gates and provide opportunities to utilize the permanent restrooms in Memorial Stadium.

We encourage you to be in your assigned parking lot before 9:30 a.m. to avoid any delays. Come early and line up in Lot 5 to welcome our team, as Tiger Walk is scheduled for 9:50 a.m.

Parking Lots All parking lots will open at 6:00 a.m. The following link will provide you with the Memorial Stadium Fan Guide, Memorial Stadium Seating Chart, as well as Game Day Parking Information: Clemson vs. North Carolina Gameday Central

Gates • All gates will open one and a half hours prior to game time. • All lower deck ticket holders can enter any lower deck gate. All lower deck gates are indicated on the Memorial Stadium Seating Chart.

Golf Carts All golf carts will be limited to areas around the stadium. Golf cart placards are only provided to individuals who are working personnel. Unless you have a golf cart placard, you will not be permitted near the stadium, but specifically on Centennial Avenue, Williamson Road, and Shotgun Alley. Personal golf cart use is highly discouraged. There are entirely too many safety incidents each week resulting in the use of golf carts around the stadium. Personal golf carts left in front of a stadium gate or found on roadways adjacent to the stadium will be removed.

If you need assistance in getting to the stadium, please look for the pickup locations designated by the tall white poles with the blue stripe. Click here for the 2011 Football ADA Pickup Locations.

Selling Tickets Anyone selling tickets must be 200 feet from any gate and the IPTAY/Ticket Office. The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for counterfeit tickets purchased outside of the stadium and does not guarantee the legitimacy of such tickets. Buyer beware!

Other Events • Adelphi versus Clemson in Men’s Soccer Friday night at 5:00 p.m. at Riggs Field. Tickets may be purchased at the gate. Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for youth. Seating is general admission. • Clemson Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams kick off the 2011-2012 season with Rock the `John Friday evening in Littlejohn Coliseum at 8:00 p.m. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.

Sportsmanship We have a great opportunity to showcase our spirit and enthusiasm to North Carolina fans. Please make efforts to accommodate their visit and demonstrate our Solid Orange Sportsmanship Initiative.

Wear orange, be loud and Go Tigers!
