Clemson Allotment to Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl Sold Out

Dec. 8, 2006

Clemson, SC – The Clemson athletic department announced today that the school’s allotment of 11,500 tickets for the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl is sold out. Clemson began receiving orders from its season ticket holders on Monday and combined with the student pickup this week, exhausted the supply. Kentucky and the Music City Bowl office in Nashville are also sold out for the December 29 game at LP Stadium that holds 67,000 people.

“Selling out the Gaylord City Music City Bowl is another example of the tremendous support the Clemson Tiger Football Team receives from our IPTAY Donors and the University,” said Bill D’Andrea, senior associate athletic director for external affairs. “Our IPTAY Donors, fans, team and coaching staff are excited about the trip to Nashville for the bowl game. We are anxious to show our Solid Orange support in Nashville.”

Clemson Ticket Manager Travis Furbee said the tickets would be mailed on December 18 via UPS two-day air.
