2013: Had 11 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and one quarterback pressure in 90 snaps over three games (one start) … had three tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss in 34 snaps against No. 5 Georgia on Aug. 31; it was his first career start … had four tackles and one tackle for loss in 34 snaps against SC State on Sept. 7 … had four tackles in 22 snaps at NC State on Sept. 19 … was a passenger in a fatal car accident on Sept. 21 and missed the rest of the season due to injuries suffered in the accident.
