As you make your way to Clemson this fall, please take a few minutes and read through the following notes and frequently asked questions about football game-day at Clemson University.
Ticket Information:
Don’t leave your tickets at home!! Lost or stolen tickets may be reprinted for a non-refundable $5 per ticket fee. To receive reprints, please go to the Athletic Ticket Office at the IPTAY Center (to the right of Gate 9) at Memorial Stadium on game day.
Who needs a ticket for admission? All patrons 2 years old and younger do NOT need a ticket to enter any gate at Memorial Stadium.
How do you get handicap seating? If you need handicap accessible seating, please call our ticket office at 1-800-CLEMSON to reserve seats that meet your needs. Due to a limited number of accessible seats, we allow only 2 tickets to be purchased in those specific areas. Any additional seats will be assigned in the best available seating option.
Where do I pick up my Will Call tickets? Clemson Player parents, managers/trainers, cheerleaders – Gate 13 High School Coaches and Prospects (non-football) – Gate 13 Football Recruits – WestZone Level 1 Press Passes – Gate 16 All General Tickets – Gate 9: Athletic Ticket office *PICTURE ID REQUIRED for ALL Will Call ticket pickups
I purchased tickets online or want to buy more tickets; where do I pick them up? Tickets can be picked up at the Athletic Ticket Office at the IPTAY Center next to Gate 9. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Tickets can also be picked up/purchased 4 hours prior to kick-off from the Ticket Office.
Tobacco use of ANY kind (cigarettes, cigars, smokeless) is prohibited inside the ticketed gates of Memorial Stadium. Patrons must leave the stadium to use these types of products per state law.
What can I bring into the stadium with me? Items NOT allowed: backpacks, large tote style bags, folding chairs, thermos jugs, ice chests, alcoholic beverages, artificial noisemakers
Umbrellas and strollers can be checked by event staff to pick up as you leave Memorial Stadium
Purses, diaper bags, seat cushions, binoculars, cameras, cell phones and radios are subject to search by police officers.
Suite and WestZone ticket gates will open 2 hours prior to kickoff. All other gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
Parking and Traffic:
When do parking lots/streets open? 6:00 AM – noon and 1:00 PM kickoffs 8:00 AM – all other kickoff times
All lost or stolen parking hangtags can be replaced once for non-refundable fee of $100 by calling 1-800-CLEMSON
Handicap accessible parking/transportation All visitors with a state issued handicap accessible hangtag or license plate will be directed by S.C State Highway Patrol to the Hendrix Student Center off Cherry Rd in the interior of campus.
Upon entry into the Hendrix lot you will be given 2 wristbands to allow you and one other person to ride the ADA compliant CATBUS shuttle service to Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. Shuttle Service begins 2 hours before each game. After the game you will need your wristbands to ride the CATBUS back to the Hendrix Lot.
General Public/Non-IPTAY placard parking options: Coming from Oconee County/Hwy 123 – University Beach (formerly YMCA); $10 fee with shuttle service to the McFadden Center Coming from Anderson County/Hwy 76/I-85 – R-1 lot off Perimeter Rd near SC Botanical Gardens Coming from Central/Hwy 93 – Douthit Hills; turn right off Hwy 93 near President’s House *Please follow all Highway Patrol directions to the nearest available public lot
IPTAY Placard Parking Information: IPTAY offers season-long assigned parking spaces in the athletic district and the core of Clemson’s campus. All spaces require an IPTAY placard that must be displayed from your rearview mirror for law enforcement and lot security to view. Parking in the core of campus without an IPTAY hangtag or in a lot not designated by your hangtag will result in your car being towed at the owner’s expense. Please familiarize yourself with the route to your assigned parking lot or space before arriving at the first game.
Tailgating space information: Each IPTAY assigned CAR space is 9 feet wide by 23 feet long; typical striped parking space size. Depending on the size of your vehicle this allows for 5-6 feet behind/in front of your vehicle for tailgating tents/chairs/etc. Please be courteous to your fellow Tiger fans and visitors to Clemson when arriving at your parking space and tailgating to allow EVERYONE to enjoy their day at on campus.
Game-Day parking information and assistance is available at Gate 11 ticket window; just to the left of the main WestZone entrance.
Portable restrooms are available throughout athletic parking areas. Fans are encouraged to use permanent restrooms at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, Littlejohn Coliseum, Rock-Norman Track Complex, Hoke-Sloan Tennis Center and at Memorial Stadium.
Golf carts, mopeds, scooters and other personal motorized vehicles are discouraged and will be towed if left unattended around Memorial Stadium.
