Position: Director of Recruiting
Tyler Clements is in his 10th season helping guide Clemson’s recruiting efforts and his second as Director of Recruiting in 2025.
Clements assists with recruiting graphics/video and communication plans on an annual basis. Along with day-to-day recruiting department activities, he oversees all on-campus recruiting events, such as official and unofficial visits and junior days.
Clements began his Clemson tenure as an intern during the 2015 season. He joined the program in a full-time capacity as Coordinator for Recruiting Operations for the 2016 season and later served as the programs Director of On-Campus Recruiting. He spent the 2022-23 seasons as Director of Recruiting Strategy.
Clements, the son of Clemson University president Jim Clements, graduated from West Virginia University in 2015. He married the former Margot Murray in the summer of 2020, and the couple has a daughter, Eliza, and a son, Tee.
