CLEMSON, SC--The 20th-ranked Clemson men’s tennis team defeated 18th-ranked South Alabama 6-1, and Indiana 7-0 in a doubleheader at Clemson, SC Saturday.
With the wins, Clemson is now 15-4 overall, Indiana falls to 8-5 overall, and the Jaguars fall to 10-1 this season.
Jarmaine Jenkins won both of this matches at number two singles as he defeated Jack Baker of South Alabama 6-1, 6-3. In the afternoon, Jenkins won over Dara McLoughlin of Indiana 6-0, 6-1.
Clemson will another doubleheader on Monday at the Tigers face Arizona State at 2:00 p.m. and Coker at 7:00 p.m. at Clemson’s Hoke Sloan Tennis Center.
