CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s tennis team will play host to Boston College Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center adjacent to Historic Riggs Field.
Clemson, coming off a 5-2 win over ACC foe Maryland on Friday afternoon, is now 7-8 overall, 3-1 in the ACC. The Tigers are ranked 63rd according to the latest ITA poll.
Boston College will enter the match 4-7 overall and 0-5 in the ACC.
Yannick Maden leads the Tigers in singles wins with a 23-5 record overall. He is also 12-2 in dual matches.
This will be the 11th meeting between Clemson and Boston College on the tennis courts. The Tigers lead the overall series 9-1. The two teams first met in 1940, the spring after the Tigers and Boston College met in the Cotton Bowl on January 1, 1940.
