CLEMSON, SC–Clemson improved to 13-2 on the year as the Tigers defeated Cal-Irvine in men’s tennis 5-2 at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center Sunday afternoon.
Nathan Thompson won at number one singles with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Brian Morton. Thompson along with Ryan Young won at number one doubles with a 9-8 victory over Morton and Ryusuke Kashiwabara.
Clemson will play Texas A&M-Corpus Christi later tonight in the indoor facility at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center.
