Clemson to play N.C. State Friday

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson men’s soccer team will play host to N.C. State Friday night at 7:00 p.m. at Riggs Field.

The Tigers will enter the match with a 3-2 record overall and a 0-1 mark in the ACC. N.C. State has a 4-2-1 record overall and a 0-0-1 mark in the ACC.

Clemson is led by senior forward Steven Rhyne. He has five goals, two assists, for twelve points. N.C. State is led by Federico Peria, who has three goals and six assists, for twelve points.

This will be the 45th meeting between the Tigers and the Wolfpack. Clemson leads the series 27-11-6. Clemson has won three of the last four meetings against N.C. State.

This is the first of four straight home matches for the Tigers.
