The #14 Play of the Year comes from Clemson’s 27-14 win over #6 Tennessee in the 2004 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. Duane Coleman’s 8-yard TD run set the tone on the game’s first drive and helped the Tigers to victory.
Clemson jumped to a 7-0 lead on the opening possession, going 80 yards in only 2:15, a drive capped by an 8-yard run by Coleman. He took a pitch from Charlie Whitehurst and leaped over cornerback Gibril Wilson at the 2, giving the Tigers a TD on their initial drive for the third consecutive game.
