Clemson defeats Memphis 2-0

CLEMSON, SC–Fifth-ranked Clemson improved to 3-0 on the year with a 2-0 win over Memphis in the Memphis Invitational Friday night.

Frederico Moojen and Bryson Moore both scored for Clemson in the victory. Moojen scored at the 9:24 mark with an assist by Bryson Moore scored at the 36:16 point into the match with an assist by Micah Usry.

The Tigers’ Phil Marfuggi had seven saves in the match.

Clemson will play Oral Roberts on Sunday, September 3 in the Tigers’ next action.
