“I am happy with the win,” said Clemson Head Coach Trevor Adair. “I want to commend Furman for a fine game-they fought hard. Today we honored a great group of seniors (Chase Hilgenbrinck, Eric Riddleberger, Nick Rivera, and Paul Souders). . They have meant so much to the program. They are good citizens and have represented the university well. I am happy with the play of Charlie Roberts. He has scored five goals in the last four games. We moved him to midfield and he has responded well. He is fit and has recovered from his ankle injury.

Chase Hilgenbrinck had a nice goal and that got us back in the game. We believe we can win the conference. We need to keep eliminating mistakes.”
