ADA

Entrances are at gates 1, 5 and 13 for those who need ADA assistance. Learn more about football gameday accessibility here. 


ADMISSION

A ticket is required for every patron over the age of 2 years old to enter Memorial Stadium.


ATM Services

Memorial Stadium does not have ATM Machines. All concession locations take debit and credit cards.


CLEAR BAGS [Printable]

Clemson University, working with law enforcement officials, has implemented a Clear Bag Policy at Memorial Stadium prior to the 2016 football season. Fans are encouraged to not bring bags. Clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” are permissible. Read more about the Clear Bag Policy here. 


CONCESSION STANDS

Concession stands open two hours prior to kickoff and remain open through the end of the fourth quarter. Concessions partner Aramark has invested in new points of sale to make the checkout process at stands quicker and easier. Fan-friendly pricing of $2 water and hot dogs is still in effect. There are also two new concessions areas as a result of the construction in the west.


DRONES

Drones are prohibited by law from flying in and around Clemson’s Main Campus starting one hour before and ending one hour after each game.


FIRST AID

First aid stations are located at Portal TDK on the north upper deck, Portal TDE on the south upper deck, Portal J on the south concourse, and the Meyer Family Clinic is located at Portal T on the north concourse.


GATES/STADIUM MAP

Memorial Stadium will open to the public 2-hours prior to kickoff. Please click here for a stadium map.


GATHERING AT THE PAW

Gathering at the Paw will take place in 2022. Fans are asked to enter the field via the Hill or ramps in the west and urged not to jump over the brick walls.


GUEST SERVICES

Guest Service booths are located at each gate of Memorial Stadium and are staffed with event staff members to answer game day related questions.


IPTAY OFFICE HOURS

The IPTAY Center is open from Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with limited hours on gameday.


LOST & FOUND

Report any item to the Clemson University Police Department. Either contact an officer on-site, or call 864-656-2222.


METAL DETECTORS

Walkthrough metal detectors are at all stadium entrances. [Clemson Gameday Security Information

Fans who either have a relevant medical condition or do not feel comfortable walking through the metal detectors can notify event staff and participate in an alternative screening process. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: artificial noisemakers, backpacks, non-clear bags or purses, banners/flags/flag poles, coolers, outside food or beverage, knives or weapons of any kind.


MOBILE TICKETS

Clemson Memorial Stadium utilizes mobile ticket technology via Ticketmaster. Please have all tickets downloaded and added to your digital wallet prior to approaching the gate. Mobile Ticket Guide.


PARKING LOTS

For games at kick off prior to 3:30 p.m., parking lots open at 6 a.m. For games with kickoff times of 3:30 p.m. or later, lots open at 8 a.m. Placards are required for all reserved lots, and towing begins the night before at midnight.

RE-ENTRY

Fans may leave and re-enter Memorial Stadium only when presenting a re-entry voucher obtained at stadium gates and a valid mobile ticket.


PROHIBITED ITEMS

Alcoholic beverages, artificial noisemakers, backpacks, bags (large) of any kind, banners, chairbacks with arms, coolers, flags, flagpoles, food and beverages from outside, umbrellas, video cameras and weapons of any kind are prohibited at Memorial Stadium.


RECYCLING

Be on the lookout for the volunteers in neon yellow shirts handing out green bags during tailgate time. The bags will also be in dispensers on the Solid Green cans.

SOLICITATIONS

Solicitation for any purpose is prohibited at an athletic contest on the campus of Clemson University.


SENSORY INCLUSIVITY

Clemson Athletics partnered with Kulture City to make all its venues and all the programs and events that those venues host sensory inclusive. This new initiative will promote an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with a sensory issue that visits athletic events at Clemson University.


STADIUM ISSUES

Fans that need assistance in the stadium can text “Clemson” followed by the issue and their location to 71855.


TICKET OFFICE

The main box office for ticket office opens three hours prior to kick off. There are “mobile resolutions” locations at gate 1, 5, and 13 that open two hours prior to kickoff.


TIGER TRACKER

Fans can visit a guest service stand (gates 1, 5, 9, 11, 13, 16, 20) to receive a Tiger Tracker wristband for vulnerable guests. It helps identify guests in the event they become separated from the rest of their party.


TIGER WALK DRIVEN BY CHEVROLET

The team’s stadium entry, Tiger Walk, begins at the Rogers Family Lot (Lot5) two hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff.


TOBACCO POLICY

Clemson University is a tobacco-free campus. Tobacco products are prohibited on Clemson University property.


WILL CALL

General Will call is located at the IPTAY Center/athletic ticket office at the intersection of Avenue of Champions and Centennial Boulevard.  Visiting team will call is located at Gate 9.  Clemson team will call is located at Gate 13.


WOODLAND CEMETERY

Woodland Cemetery on the Clemson campus is sacred ground and home to more than 1,200 souls buried in marked and unmarked graves. Clemson respectfully asks fans to recognize the solemnity of the cemetery when walking its paths. LEARN MORE
