“My staff and I feel very fortunate to be able to welcome Michal and his wife, Rita to the Clemson Family,” said Noonan. “The players however will be the biggest benefactors. His energy, professionalism and expertise is infectious and will help Clemson Men’s Soccer maintain and raise the high standards we strive to perform to. I couldn’t be happier!”

During his time with Charlotte FC, Gorszczaryk was also the goalkeeper coach with Crown Legacy, Charlotte FC’s second team in 2022 where he played a key role during the pilot season. Also in 2022, Gorszczaryk was named an assistant coach at NC State. In his time with NC State he conducted goalkeeper specific training, focusing on skill development and match readiness and organized goalkeeper clinics.

From 2021 to 2022 Gorszczaryk served at the assistant coach for Florida Gulf Coast University. He worked with both the men’s and women’s programs, delivering specialized goalkeeper training. During his time he helped in the development and success of ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year, Gustavo Vasconcelos in 2021, was part of the 2021 Women’s Soccer ASUN East Division Championship team and placed second in the ASUN Conference and ASUN tournament in 2021 with the men’s soccer program.

“I’m proud to join the Clemson family,” said Gorszczaryk. “I’m thankful to the coaching staff for their trust and I’m looking forward to achieving great things together. Let’s get to work!”
