Tickets and Seating

Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:

Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones listed below correspond to the stadium map. Seating Zones marked with an * include ADA accessible seating.

In mid-April, ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat.

Pre-Game Day Assistance:

72 hours prior to the first pitch of the game your digital tickets will become available for viewing, downloading, and scanning. You will be notified by email once your tickets are accessible under the green Access Game Day Tickets button in your Fans First Tickets Account.

Game Day Assistance:

If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of our Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium. Look for any Banana Ball branded polo to speak with one of our Ticket Experience Coordinators.

Parking And Transportation

Parking Lots Open at 8 a.m.


Additional Note from the City of Clemson

The City will be offering parking in the Keith Street deck and on the first level of the Fendley Street deck. Please note that any space labeled as “Reserved 24/7” are NOT available. The special event rate is $40 for the day with decks opening at 7 a.m.

There are several individuals, organizations, and businesses in and around the stadium and downtown area that are licensed to sell parking in their lots/yards, and they will have signs up that say “City of Clemson Event Parking Permit” along with their rates.

Accessible Parking

Pre-game parking in ADA Lot (Sikes Hall):

  • ADA placard (state placard) must be visible.
  • The ADA person to whom the ADA placard is issued must be in the vehicle. Uniformed officer at intersection will admit vehicle.
  • Entrance to ADA lot is off Hwy 93 on Calhoun Drive near Tillman Hall and Sikes Hall. A link to navigate to the ADA Lot is available here.
  • Parking attendant at entrance to ADA lot will give each vehicle two (2) ADA wristbands for the game (game is indicated on wristband).
  • Wristband will be required for admittance to ADA bus shuttle. Bus driver will check for wristband. Only ADA person and one (1) escort will receive a wristband.
  • Fans in wheelchairs will be loaded first.
  • ADA bus shuttles will take fans to Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. The buses will make multiple runs until all ADA fans with wristbands have been delivered.
  • No open cups, cans, or food is allowed on any bus.
  • A university parking enforcement officer will be on site to address any exceptions to the above policy or any other ADA issues. Their decision will be final.

ADA Accommodations Post-game:

  • ADA bus shuttles will be at gate 1 throughout the game to take fans with ADA wristbands back to Sikes Hall/Parkway Drive. A link to navigate to Gate 1 is available here.
  • Only fans with ADA wristbands will be allowed on the ADA buses. Bus drivers will check for wristbands.
  • ADA buses will leave as soon as buses are full.
  • ADA buses will return to gate 1 after dropping fans at Sikes Hall/Parkway Drive. ADA buses will return to gate 1 as many times as possible to deliver all fans with ADA wristbands to Sikes Hall/Parkway Drive.

Important Information - Entry Gates

Certain entrances do not provide access to all seats. Fans are required to enter through the appropriate gate to reach their seats or will be refused entry to Memorial Stadium.

North Top Deck Ticketholders (Sections TDT – TDK): Must enter via the ramps located behind the North Stands and must enter through Gate 20.

South Top Deck Ticketholders (Sections TDB – TDI) : Must enter via the ramps located behind the South Stands and must enter through Gate 16.

*Ramp entrances are adjacent to Gates 1 and 13 (South) and Gates 5 and 9 (North)*

All Other Sections must enter in through Gates 1, 5, 9, or 13.


Bag Policy: The only bags permitted to enter Memorial Stadium are the following:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” (Official Clemson Tigers logo clear plastic tote bags are available at local retail stores), or
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”), can be taken into the Memorial Stadium.
  • An exception to the Clear Bag Policy will be made for medically necessary items after security screening.
  • Patrons will still be able to carry other items into the stadium such as binoculars, cameras, and smart phones, but their carrying cases will NOT be allowed.

Food and Beverage

Food: The ballpark will have your usual stadium goodies like hot dogs and cheeseburgers available for purchase on site. Bring your appetite – treat yourself.

Beverages: There will be a delightful selection of beverages available for purchase on site.

Special event pricing will be in effect. Food and Beverages will be available for purchase during the Pre-Game Party and inside Memorial Stadium during the game.

 

To maintain a responsible and secure process, the following policies will be in effect:

Identification:

  • A valid ID is required for each transaction.
  • Clemson staff and vendors may not serve beer, wine or liquor to anyone under the age of 21.
  • No vertical IDs will be accepted at sales locations regardless of the individual’s age.
  • Students will not be permitted to use Tiger One Cards to purchase alcohol.

Service: 

  • No service will be permitted to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.
  • No more than two alcoholic beverages may be sold or served per transaction.
  • Sales will begin when the venue doors open. Sales cut-off times will be posted throughout the venue and followed with no exceptions.
    • Football Spring Game: Service concludes after the third quarter.
    • Baseball: After the seventh inning
    • Softball: After the fifth inning
    • Other Sports – service concludes at a designated time no later than when 75% of the event’s regulation length is scheduled to be completed
  • Concerts/Special Events – service concludes at a reasonable time prior to the anticipated end of the act as determined in consultation with the Act and Clemson University.

Facility: 

  • The guidelines do not impact the existing stadium re-entry policies nor the procedures in IPTAY premium areas at this time.
  • The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages sold outside the venue is prohibited inside the venue.
  • Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed to leave the venue.

First Aid Locations: First aid stations are located at Portal TDK on the north upper deck, Portal TDE on the south upper deck, Portal J on the south concourse, and the Meyer Family Clinic is located at Portal T on the north concourse.

Money PolicyMemorial Stadium does not have ATM Machines. All concession locations take debit and credit cards.

Binoculars: Binoculars are allowed in Memorial Stadium but their cases will not be allowed. Please refer here for more information on prohibited items.

Blankets: Blankets are allowed inside to Memorial Stadium and are subject to search by event staff during security screening.

Seatbacks: Soft sided seatbacks are allowed into Memorial Stadium, but may be no larger than a single seat (17’’) or have non-clear compartments. 

Tobacco Use: Memorial Stadium in conjunction with Clemson University enforces a tobacco free campus. Tobacco products are not allowed.

Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Before the Peel features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!

You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the Pre-Game Party! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city—because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!
