CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson senior Nathan Richmond has been named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced today by the league office. The award is Richmond’s first ACC Offensive Player of the Week honor of his Clemson career and the third Offensive Player of the Week award for the Tigers this season.
Friday night Richmond netted his first brace of his career in a thrilling 4-3 win over No. 13 Wake Forest. Richmond scored the first and game-winning goal for the Tigers Friday night to mark their first win at Wake Forest since 2022. This season, the Atlanta, Ga., native has scored in six of Clemson’s nine matches and is second on the team with a career-high seven goals so far this season.
Clemson hosts Elon on Saturday night with kickoff set for 7 p.m. and live stats will be available.
