Top-Ranked Clemson To Face N.C. State Sunday Afternoon In Raleigh, NC

CLEMSON, SC–The top-ranked Clemson men’s soccer team will play N.C. State in Raleigh, NC Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at Method Road Stadium.

Clemson is 8-0 overall and 2-0 in the ACC. The Tigers are off to its best start since the 1978 season. Clemson is ranked first in the NSCAA poll.

The Tigers are led in scoring by Dane Richards with seven goals and six assists for 20 points. Frederico Moojen has seven goals and one assist for 15 points.

N.C. State has a 3-5 record overall and a 1-2 mark in the ACC.

This will be the 48th meeting between Clemson and N.C. State on the soccer field. Clemson leads the overall series 29-12-6. The Tigers have won five of the last seven meetings between the two schools.
