Tigers Compete at Tennessee Invitational

OAK RIDGE, TENN. — The Clemson rowing program saw another strong performance from the Varsity Fours as the Tigers participated in the Tennessee Invitational. The Invitational featured competition from #19 Iowa, Tennessee, and Iowa.

The Tigers began the morning with a second place finish by the 3V8 behind Iowa. Both of the Varsity Four boats saw first place finishes in the their heats, with the 2V4 taking the race by a respectable eight second margin. Clemson closed out the morning with a fourth-place finish by the 2V8 and a third-place effort by the V8.

The Tigers will return home to prepare for the upcoming ACC Championships, which will be held on Lake Hartwell, May 13-14.
