Clemson Goalkeeper Chris Glodack Honored

CLEMSON, SC – Clemson men’s soccer goalkeeper, Chris Glodack, has been honored by being named to TopDrawerSoccer.com’s National Team-of-the-Week as announced by the website. Glodack, a native of Myrtle Beach, SC, was instrumental in Clemson’s 1-0 win over NC State in Raleigh, NC last Saturday night.  In that match, he made a career-high seven saves.  The sophomore made two crucial saves in the closing minutes to preserve the shutout and allowed Clemson to pick up its second conference win this season. Glodack and the Clemson defense has allowed but one goal this season.  The Tigers have not allowed a goal in 407 minutes and 11 seconds (over four games). Glodack and the Tigers will play host to Maryland Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. in the Tigers’ next action at Historic Riggs Field.
