Women’s Tennis to Hold Clemson Indoor Winter Classic

Romy Kölzer (5-0), Nelly Ciolkowski (5-1), and Klara Vyskocilova (5-1) have been the main reasons why. The Tiger doubles teams are 12-5 in the dual match season as well, and 30-10 overall, led by Bek and Wong’s 11-3 mark and Vyskocilova and Kochanova’s 8-2 ledger. Wong can move into second place in Clemson history in doubles wins this weekend with two victories. Her 104 is currently third behind Ina Hadziselimovic’s 104 and Bek’s 109. Freshman Beatrice Gumulya will make her Clemson debut this weekend. The product of Indonesia has sat out the first six competition dates of the season while reinstating her eligibility. This will be Clemson’s final home competition until Mar. 10 when they play host to Florida State. Overall, 11 of the next 12 matches will be away from Clemson.
