The Tigers’ presence was felt around the nation this week as three former #ClemsonUnited players saw professional action over the weekend.
Tommy McNamara (’13) subbed on in the 67th minute of Houston’s 1-1 draw with Sporting KC on June 1.
Andrew Tarbell (San Jose Earthquakes) and Joe Bendik (Columbus Crew) both served as reserve options over the weekend.
Patrick Bunk-Andersen (’18) started on the backline for Toronto FC II and scored the club’s first goal with a header in the 12th minute of action. Toronto notched two more goals in the game to defeat North Texas SC 3-2 on May 29. Bunk-Andersen also played all 90 minutes in Toronto FC II’s 2-2 draw with Chattanooga Red Wolves SC on June 1.
