Tigers Embark on Jacksonville for NCAA East Preliminaries

CLEMSON, S.C. – Sixteen members of the track & field program have made the trip south to Jacksonville, Fla., for the NCAA East Preliminary Round, held Thursday through Saturday at the University of North Florida’s Hodges Stadium. Jameel Abdul-Mateen gets the action going for the Tigers at 2 p.m. Thursday in the men’s long jump. The Tigers compete in five events Thursday.

Live results will be posted by Flash Results. The top 12 individuals and relays advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships, held June 11-14 in Eugene, Ore.
