Tiger Women’s Tennis Team Ranked 15th in ITA Poll

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson women’s tennis team is ranked 15th in the ITA poll released on Tuesday, Mar. 29. The Tigers have compiled a 12-6 overall mark this season with a 3-1 record in ACC play. Clemson has won its last seven matches with all seven victories coming against ranked opponents.

Senior Julie Coin, currently ranked #2 in the nation, leads the Tigers at the top singles position. She is 26-2 overall and 18-0 against opponents. The Amiens, France native is undefeated at 17-0 in dual matches and has won 17 straight matches. She has lost only four sets in the fall and spring seasons combined.

The Tigers have posted victories over #4 UCLA, #18 Harvard, #24 BYU, #24 South Carolina, #31 Pepperdine, #32 Wake Forest, #47 South Alabama, #61 VCU, #69 San Diego, #71 NC State and Virginia Tech.
