Students: Big Week in Basketball!

Clemson Students,

You’ve made Littlejohn loud all basketball season, and we’ve got a big week coming up.

This Thursday, the women’s basketball team takes on Wake Forest at 2 p.m., and the men’s basketball team plays No. 9 Duke at 8 p.m. The first 300 Clemson students to attend the women’s basketball game will receive a voucher for sideline seats to the Duke game later that night. Clemson students who do not receive a voucher can begin lining up for the 8 p.m. game at the conclusion of the women’s game.

The student gate opens at 1 p.m. prior to the start of the women’s game and 6 p.m. prior to the men’s game. The arena will be cleared between games.

For the 300 students who receive a voucher for attending the women’s basketball game:

  • When the women’s basketball game ends, the first 300 will receive a wristband from security staff permitting entry for the men’s game against Duke at 8 p.m. (gates open at 6 p.m.).
  • Students must show their voucher and wristband for re-entry into the Coliseum for the men’s game.
  • There will be a designated metal detector/entrance at the student gate for these students.
  • Student lines for the men’s game will begin only at the conclusion of the women’s game.

This week’s home schedule:
Tuesday, 6 p.m.: MBB vs. North Carolina
Thursday, 2 p.m.: WBB vs. Wake Forest (first 300 receive admission to men’s game)
Thursday, 8 p.m.: MBB vs. #9 Duke
Saturday, 7 p.m.: MBB vs. Notre Dame

There may be opportunities for students to get inside the Coliseum at tip-off on a standing room only basis for each of these games.
