Position: Assistant Director of Mental Performance
As a Mental Performance Coach, Sabrina aims to help her athletes elevate their performance using a strengths-based approach grounded in evidence-based practices. Her goal is to equip athletes with the mental tools they need for success.
Sabrina joins Clemson with a wide range of experience. She earned her M.S. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and has worked as a Mental Performance Coach since 2016. She has experience working with performers from all walks of life, including collegiate and professional athletes, corporate leaders, lawyers, coaches, and Army Soldiers.
Currently, Sabrina is pursuing her Ph.D. in Sport Psychology. When she’s not working or conducting research, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
