Q&A With Jenny Anderson

Jenny is a junior captain from Mission Viejo, CA. She is majoring in Elementary Education.

Q. Who inspired you to play soccer? A. My sister who I watched when I was young and my dad, who was my first coach.

Q. What do you miss the most about your hometown? A. Spending time with my family, Wahoo’s (Fish Taco Restaurant) and the beach.

Q. What is your favorite restaurant in Clemson? A. Ancheaux’s

Q. What is your favorite holiday?br> A. Christmas because I get to go home and spend quality time with my family and friends.

Q. McDonald’s or Wendy’s? A. Zaxby’s

Q. If you were given a $5,000 shopping spree, which store would you visit first? A. Nike Goddess

Q. If you could invite any movie star over for dinner, whom would you invite? A. Brad Pitt, because I would love just staring at him!

Q. If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, which food would you live off of and why? I would eat Fish Taco’s from Wahoo’s because Wahoo’s is awesome and healthy too.

Q. What’s the best feeling in the world? A. A night game at Riggs under the lights, a big crowd and winning!

Q. What’s the most embarrassing CD you have in your music collection? A. Kermit the Frog does rap.

Q. What’s the first thing you do when you go home? A. After landing at John Wayne Airport in “The O.C.” I make my parents stop at the Irvine Spectrum to eat at Wahoo’s for some fish tacos (mmm good).

Q. What’s your pet peeve? A. People that don’t give 100%.

Q. What was the first type of car that you drove? A. I drove a 1996 Jeep Cherokee. Man I loved that car!

Q. What makes you laugh? A. Just watching Kate Clifton. She is a riot to watch with all of her funny mannerisms.

Q. Which book are you reading now? A. Besides all of my, oh so awesome text books (that I love to read on a daily basis), I just finished The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd.

Q. Where do you want to be 10 years from now? I want to be coaching soccer at a Division 1 school, be married and have a family.

Q. Which TV family would you most like to join? A. The Osbournes

Who performed at the last concert you went to? A. Clemson University’s Acapella groups at the Pops Concert. It was awesome to hear all the talented singers.

Q. How would you describe how the spring training is going so far? A. So far everyone is working hard in the weight room and on their fitness, but I think that everyone is antsy to get the balls out play as a team. I can’t wait to play some games.

Q. What do you look forward to with this team since this fall will be your senior year? A. With all the talent on this team, I look forward to making history at Clemson by winning a national championship!
