  • Clemson is coming off a 2-1 road defeat of Syracuse last Saturday night. Diego Campos and Oliver Shannon both scored second-half goals off Kimarni Smith assists to power the Tiger offense.
  • Campos earned ACC Offensive Player of the Week for Oct. 16 after he scored a hat trick against the No. 16 Duke Blue Devils.
  • Campos leads the team in both goals (8) and assists (8). Four of Campos’ goals have been game-winning, and that mark has him tied with Virginia Tech’s Marcelo Acuna for first in the conference.
  • Jason Wright (7), Robbie Robinson (4), Smith (3), Patrick Bunk-Andersen (2), Saul Chinchilla, Malick Mbaye, Tanner Dieterich, Justin Malou and Alexander Hemmingsen have also found the back of the net for the Tigers this season.
  • Campos’ 24 points have him tied with North Carolina’s Cam Lindley for second in the ACC.
  • Clemson ranks third in the ACC in goals scored (35 in 14 matches).

  • Louisville is coming off a 3-2 loss against a then-unranked NC State team on Saturday. Mohamed Thiaw netted both of the Cardinal goals in the second half.
  • Thiaw leads the Cardinals with eight goals, and Adam Wilson’s six assists top the squad.
  • Will Meyer and Jake Gelnovatch have split time in the net for the Cardinals this season. Meyer has played in 7 matches, registering just over 675 minutes and allowing four goals against 19 saves. Gelnovatch has seen action in eight matches, totaling 740 minutes and allowing seven goals against nine saves.
  • Louisville is ranked No. 11 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll and No. 10 in the RPI rankings.
