To be eligible for football block seating, a member must be enrolled in at least 12 hours as an undergraduate at Clemson University. If the member is a graduate student they must pay their activity fee. To pick up a ticket the student must have their Collegiate Club card and their student ID. Collegiate Club members are not guaranteed a block seat due to the limited number of tickets available.

Section 2: Basketball Seating IPTAY Collegiate Club members will be eligible for tickets to the Collegiate Club block. To be eligible for basketball seating, a member must be enrolled in at least 12 hours as an under- graduate at Clemson University. If the member is a graduate student they must pay their activity fee. To pick up a ticket the student must have their Collegiate Club card and their student ID. Some of the tickets designated for the Collegiate Club will be in other areas of the coliseum outside of the block. Collegiate Club members are not guaranteed a ticket due to the limited number of tickets available.

Ticket Assignment for Basketball Seating Ticket assignment for basketball games will be assigned based on point accumulation. A member of the IPTAY Collegiate Club will have two options for seat assignments, the individual option or the team option.

A) Individual Option: The IPTAY Collegiate Club member with the most accumulated points will be assigned the best seat in the block. The IPTAY Collegiate Club Board of Directors will determine (the status of the seats in the block.) When members of the Collegiate Club have accumulated the same number of points, ticket priority will be determined according to class status. When members of the same class have accumulated the same number of points, ticket priority will be determined according to the date and year in which they became a member. In the event that members of the Collegiate Club in the same class have accumulated the same number of points and became members on the exact same date, ticket priority will be based on a random drawing. ISAB will make all final decisions. If a member of the Collegiate Club fails to pick up their reserved ticket, their ticket will be turned over to the general student population. In the event that a member fails to pick up their reserved ticket a second time, they will lose their reserved seat for one game. After a member has picked up their reserved ticket, they are required to fill that seat. If the member cannot attend the game, they are responsible for finding someone to fill their seat. In the event that a reserved seat is left empty, the member responsible for that seat will lose their IPTAY Collegiate Club ticket priority for one game.

B) Team Option: The concept of the team approach is to allow members the opportunity to work together while accumulating priority points and be able to sit together at basketball games. Members will be allowed to group together into teams of exactly four (4) or exactly six (6). Once a team has been established, there cannot be any changes to the team during that particular fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), unless there are extenuating circumstances. The IPTAY Student Advisory Board will decide on an appeal by a team for changes to their team. Seating assignment for the team will follow the same rules as listed under the individual option with one exception. In the event that a member has more than 2,000 pts that member can only contribute 10 times the club’s average points to his/her team. Adding together each team member’s priority points and then dividing by four (4) or six (6) will determine the priority point level of each team. The final number will be the team’s priority point number, which will be used for their seating assignment. A team’s class status will be determined by a four (4) point scale (Senior =4, freshmen=1). The class status of the individual team members will be assigned an equivalent number, and then the numbers will be averaged. Final numbers will be rounded (2.6=3, 2.4=2). The initial membership date for joining IPTAY Collegiate Club, in ticket priority cases for the team, will be the median of the four (4) or six (6) team members’ initial membership dates. In the event that any team member fails to pick up their reserved ticket twice, the entire team will lose its reserved seats for one game. After a team has picked up its reserved tickets, the team is required to fill those seats. If any member of the team cannot attend the game, the entire team is responsible for finding someone to fill the seat or seats. In the event that a reserved seat is left empty, the entire team responsible for that seat or seats will lose its IPTAY Collegiate Club ticket priority for one game.

Section 3: Financial Obligations Each member of The IPTAY Collegiate Club is required to keep current with their financial responsibilities. If a Collegiate Club member neglects to renew their membership, they lose all rights of a Collegiate Club member. Upon renewal of their membership, all previous points will be reinstated.

Section 4: Due to the restructuring of the IPTAY Collegiate Club, the accumulation of priority points will begin with the 1998 fiscal year.
