WTEN: No. 35 Tigers fall 4-0 to No. 30 Notre Dame

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The No. 35 Clemson Tigers (13-8, 3-6 ACC) fell to No. 30 Notre Dame (16-4, 6-3 ACC), 4-0 in South Bend on Friday, April 4.

In doubles, the Tigers and Fighting Irish split the first two matches, with graduate duo Annabelle Davis and Sophia Hatton taking a win on court three, 6-4. Ultimately, Notre Dame claimed the doubles point with wins on courts one and two.

In singles, the Tigers fell on courts one, four, and five, leaving Hatton and Candela Yecora level in their competitions. Hatton split her matches, 4-6, 6-3. Yecora was 6-3, 3-4 when the matches were suspended.
