Clemson Women’s Tennis Team To Compete In Southern Intercollegiate Tennis Tournament

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson women’s tennis team will travel to Columbia, SC to compete in the Southern Intercollegiate tennis tournament on Nov. 1-3. The tournament will begin with the first and second rounds of doubles as well as the first round of singles on Friday. On Saturday, the quarterfinals and semifinals of the singles draw will be contested, while the final rounds of the singles and doubles draws will be played on Sunday.

The Tigers will compete against a field that includes players from South Carolina, Coastal Carolina, Appalachian State, Western Carolina, UNC-Asheville, Presbyterian, West Virginia and Winthrop. Seniors Laurence Jayet, Ana Stiglic and Sunnie Harmon, juniors Ashlea Bowen and Ana Dolinska, as well as sophomores Richele LeSaldo and Ioana Paun will represent Clemson in this weekend’s tournament.
