Clemson Will Play Virginia Tech on Sunday

CLEMSON, SC – Clemson will play host to ACC foe Virginia Tech on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at Historic Riggs Field on the Clemson campus. The game will be broadcast live on www.clemsontigers.com via TigerCast.

Clemson is now 0-4-1 on the year, while Virginia Tech is now 1-2-2 this season. The Tigers are 0-1 in the ACC. This will be the first ACC match of the season for Virginia Tech.

Clemson is led in scoring by Nathan Thornton with two goals this year. Virginia Tech is led in scoring by James Gilson and Charlie Campbell as each player has three points each.

This will be the seventh meeting between Clemson and Virginia Tech on the soccer field. The series is tied 2-2-2.
