Clemson Track and Field Athletes Compete at USA Indoor Championships

CLEMSON, S.C. – Several members of the Clemson men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the Pontiac Grand Prix USA Indoor Track and Field Championships held Friday and Saturday in Atlanta. Jamine Moton and Marcia Smith represented the women’s team while Kai Maull, Malcolm Reynolds, Sultan Tucker, Ian Potter, Otto Spain, Jacey Harper, Garrick Copes and Ato Modibo represented the men’s team. The individual results are listed below.

Women’s Results Shot Put – Jamine Moton (6) – 52’4 1/2″ Weight Throw – Jamine Moton (5) – 63’5″ 400m Dash – Marcia Smith (6) – 54.80

Men’s Results Long Jump – Kai Maull (14) – 23’7 1/2″ High Jump – Malcolm Reynolds (9) – 6’11 3/4″ 60m Hurdles – Sultan Tucker (semifinals) – 7.87, Ian Potter (prelims) 8.51 4x400m Relay – Otto Spain, Jacey Harper, Garrick Copes, Ato Modibo (4) – 3:12.58
