Clemson Soccer Ranked In National Polls

CLEMSON, SC–The Clemson men’s soccer team is ranked in the National Top 25 by the major polls released this week.

The Tigers are ranked 16th by the NSCAA and 21st by Soccer America. This is the fifth time this season that Clemson has been ranked in the NSCAA poll. It is also the highest the Tigers have been ranked in the Soccer America poll this season.

Clemson is participating in the 19th Annual Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament this week. Clemson defeated Virginia 4-1 in the quarterfinal round on Wednesday. The Tigers will play North Carolina at 8:00 p.m. on Friday night in the semifinal round.

Clemson is led in scoring by Dane Richards with eight goals.
