CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s soccer team will open its Spring Exhibition season on Saturday March 5 at Historic Riggs Field. Clemson will play both Georgia Southern and UNC Asheville.
The first match will feature Clemson and Georgia Southern at 4:00 p.m. At 5:45, Georgia Southern will play UNC Asheville. In the final match of the day, Clemson will play UNC Asheville at 7:30 p.m.
These times were changed from the previous announced starting times.
Clemson Head Coach Mike Noonan will begin his second year at Clemson this fall. He is only the fifth Head Coach in the history of the storied Tiger program. Before his arrival at Clemson he led Brown to 10 NCAA Tournament appearances and eight Ivy League Championships in 15 years.
SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY, MARCH 5 4:00 PM – Clemson vs. Georgia Southern 5:45 PM – Georgia Southern vs. UNC Asheville 7:30 PM – Clemson vs. UNC Asheville*Matches will consist of 35 minutes halves and 10 minute halftimes.
