CLEMSON, SC–The Clemson men’s soccer team is ranked 12th in the latest NSCAA poll released Tuesday.
This is the highest the Tigers have been ranked in this poll since Clemson was ranked eighth on October 28, 2002.
Clemson is also ranked in the nation’s top 25 in the other major polls. In Soccer America, Clemson is ranked 24th. In the Soccertimes.com poll, Clemson is ranked 23rd. In College Soccer News, the Tigers are ranked 24th in this week’s listing.
The Tigers have a 3-0-1 record on the year and will play at Maryland in College Park, MD on Friday, September 16, in the Tigers’ next action. Maryland is ranked in the top eight in the four polls, including sixth in both the Soccer America and College Soccer News polls.
