CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson Lady Tiger soccer team will play in the Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, IN on September 6 & 8.
Clemson will play Portland on Friday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. and Santa Clara on Sunday, September 8, at 11:00 a.m.
The Clemson women’s soccer team is ranked in the three major soccer polls released this week.
The Lady Tigers are ranked 14th by Soccer America, 13th by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and 11th by Soccertimes.com.
Portland is ranked 19th by the NSCAA and 13th by Soccer America. The Pilots are ranked 16th by Soccertimes.com. Santa Clara is ranked 14th by the NSCAA, 10th by Soccer America, and ninth by Soccertimes.com. The Lady Tigers are 2-0 on the year, while Portland is 0-2 this season. Santa Clara is 0-1 this season. Both Portland and Santa Clara were ranked in the top five in preseason polls.
