Clemson Lady Tigers To Honor Seniors on Thursday

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson women’s basketball team (10-17, 3-9 ACC) will honor its four graduating players when they take on Wake Forest (12-16, 3-9 ACC) on Thursday at 7:00 pm in Littlejohn Coliseum. Sthefany Thomas, Bryelle Smith, Jasmine Tate, and Kirstyn Wright will all play their final game in Littlejohn and will be recognized in a ceremony before the game.

Fans of Clemson Athletics on Facebook will be able to print off a voucher for free admission, and admission for students is always free. Homeland Park Elementary is the features school at the game, and will sing the national anthem

Clemson defeated Wake Forest earlier this season, 77-73, in an overtime contest in Winston-Salem. The Tigers hold a 48-14 all-time lead in the series, including a 23-5 mark in Littlejohn.

The four seniors will try to go out with a bang, as Clemson owns a 23-11 all-time mark on senior days. Last season, the Tigers also played Wake Forest on senior day, winning 67-62.

This year’s senior class has made many contributions to the Lady Tiger Basketball program. They have combined to score more than 2584 points, grab 1298 rebounds, dish out 584 assists, and nab 362 steals in 8354 minutes played.
