Clemson Athletics completed 4,012 COVID-19 PCR tests on student-athletes and staff from April 19 to May 22. Four individuals received positive results during the four-week period, including one student-athlete and three staff members, or 0.1% positive.
Since student-athletes returned to campus June 1, 2020, Clemson student-athletes and athletic staff have completed 51,054 COVID-19 PCR tests, with 323 positive results (219 student-athletes, 104 staff), 0.6% positive, and no hospitalizations.
Since Jan. 1, Clemson student-athletes and athletic staff have completed 27,065 COVID-19 PCR tests, with 92 positive results (50 student-athletes, 42 staff), 0.3% positive, and no hospitalizations.
