CLEMSON, S.C. — The Clemson women’s tennis team announced their schedule for the fall and spring season on Tuesday afternoon. With three new faces joining the fray, the Tigers will look to improve upon last season’s progress.
The fall schedule is highlighted by the ITA-All American Championships from October 5-13 in Charleston, S.C. No. 72 Eleni Louka and No. 83 Jenna Thompson will be representing Clemson as both singles players and a doubles pair. The whole team will participate in the ITA Regionals in Winston Salem, N.C. from October 22-26. The fall slate gets underway this weekend at Furman’s Debbie Southern Invitational.
The spring season begins on January 16 at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility where the Tigers will take on College of Charleston. Second-year Head Coach Christy Lynch’s team will begin ACC competition In Tallahassee on February 25. All but one of their subsequent 13 matches will be against ACC opponents, leading up to the ACC Championships in Rome, Georgia from April 20-24.
