The Clemson women’s basketball team will play host to Wake Forest Sunday afternoon (January 26) at 4:00 p.m. in Littlejohn Coliseum. Sunday is Church Bulletin Day at Littlejohn and all fans bringing their church bulletin to the game will receive free admission.
Clemson will enter the game with a 10-7 record overall and a 2-4 mark in the ACC. Wake Forest will enter the game 10-6 overall and 1-5 in the ACC. The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by senior guard Chrissy Floyd with a 17.2 ppg. average. Amanda White leads Clemson in rebounding has a 7.2 rpg. mark. Wake Forest’s Eafton Hill leads the Deacons in scoring (12.5 ppg.) and rebounding (7.2 rpg.).
This will be the 46th meeting between Clemson and Wake Forest on the basketball court. The Lady Tigers lead the overall series 37-8. Clemson has won 10 of the last 11 games played between the two schools. Head Coach Jim Davis is 19-4 vs. Wake Forest in his career.
