  • Freshman defender Samantha Staab leads the Tigers in assists with five.
  • Junior goalkeeper Kailen Sheridan has 41 saves and has allowed just eight goals in 1001 minutes in the net.
  • Sheridan recorded a career-high 11 saves in Clemson’s 1-0 win over Georgia on Sept. 4 in Athens.
  • Sheridan has five shutouts this season and currently ranks third in Clemson history in career shutouts (20).

Virginia:

  • The Cavaliers are coming off a 1-0 win against Duke on Sept. 27 and had to postpone their match against NC State on Oct. 2 due to weather.
  • Junior midfielder Alexis Shaffer has five goals and four assists to lead the team in points (14).
  • Junior forward Morgan Reuther leads the team in goals with six.
  • Junior goalkeeper Morgan Stearns has seen most of the action in net for the Cavaliers playing 573 minutes, allowing four goals and accumulating 14 saves.
  • The Cavaliers are outshooting opponents 216 to 60 and outscoring opponents 33 to 6.
