  • Clemson holds a 2-0 overall record against Auburn, after both teams’ first meeting was in the third game of the 2022 Clemson Regional and then met again yesterday.
  • Clemson won game two, 7-0, after Valerie Cagle led the charge in the circle tossing a one hit shutout. McKenzie Clark clocked a solo home run to open scoring, and Clemson followed with a five-run fifth inning that included a home run from Cagle. Reedy Davenport sealed the victory with an RBI in the sixth.
  • The Tigers took game one, 1-0, after Cagle hit a double in the bottom of the fourth and former Clemson Tiger. Marissa Guimbarda, brought her home with a hit into shallow left.
  • Clemson has outhit Auburn all-time, 13-5.
