Volleyball Squad Leads District 3 In Poll

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson volleyball team leads District 3 in the AVCA District Coaches Poll announced this week. North Carolina ranks second, followed by Wake Forest, Virginia and Georgia Tech.

“It was nice to get a win at home over Georgia Tech,” said Clemson head coach Jolene Jordan Hoover, now in her seventh season with the Tigers. “This weekend’s match at Florida State is very important. We’re looking forward to closing out the regular season playing well. Since it is November, we need to be playing well as we look toward the ACC Tournament.”

Clemson (24-1, 121-1 ACC) will travel to Tallahassee to play at Florida State Friday at 7 p.m. and at Florida A&M Saturday at 1 p.m.
