Volleyball Places Two on All-Tournament Team

LEXINGTON, KY-The Clemson volleyball team, ranked 31st nationally, placed two athletes on the all-tournament team at the Kentucky Conference Challenge, held Friday and Saturday in Lexington. Juniors Alison Coday and Cindy Stern represented the Tigers on the team.

Coday led Clemson with a .333 hitting percentage in the Tigers 3-1 win over Arkansas State on Saturday. She finished the tournament with 32 digs, six blocks and four service aces.

Stern led the Tigers in hitting with a .615 percentage in Clemsons 3-0 win over SMU and a .410 percentage in the Tigers 3-1 loss to Kentucky. She had 17 blocks and 17 digs over the three matches.

Clemson (7-3) plays host to N.C. State Friday at 7 p.m. in Jervey Gym. The Tigers will face Florida State on Saturday at 6 p.m. in Clemson.
